The purpose of the Art of Skid Row is to shift the conversation around homelessness. Access to safe and stable housing is a human right guaranteed under the Declaration of Human Rights, Article 25, signed by the United States in November 1948.

We have a moral and legal imperative to ensure housing to all of our citizens - anything less is a direct violation of human rights. Help us spread the word. Grab a copy of the book. Share our posts. Start a conversation with your friend, coworker, or family member. Shift your perspective.

“Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this great project. I feel very blessed to have been given the opportunity to use my skills/art for such a worthy cause. I don’t think I realized, or maybe I forgot, you guys are giving 100% of the profit to help with the housing situation. I’m so impressed. I’ve always been service minded but when things got rough for us a few yrs ago, feeding and clothing the homeless got personal. I won’t go into it but, I can’t tell you how cool it is to get to merge two passions of mine.”

- Alaina Pierce, Photographer, The Art of Skid Row

The Art of Skid Row is produced and published by Sustaynabl Inc., a Benefit Corporation.
